In addition to her background in human services, Larenas brings over 20 years of customer service and real-world workforce experience across multiple industries, including transportation, logistics, warehousing, and operations. Her professional background includes over-the-road CDL-A trucking, warehouse operations, logistics coordination, and hands-on experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments that required leadership, communication, accountability, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Larenas’ diverse experience has helped shape a practical, community-centered leadership style grounded in resilience, structure, and understanding the real-life challenges many individuals and families face every day.
